We offer returns up to 7 days within the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a return, send us an email at email@example.com. We will get back to your request within 2-3 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If accepted, refunds are processed within the same business day. However, it may take some time for the refunds to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
If after 7 business days, you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out in the best way we can.
Shipping your return order
Once your return request is approved, ship your order to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. At the time, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid a high amount for your order, we recommend using a trackable shipping service like FedEx or DTDC to ensure that we receive your item.
Order cancellations can be made within the same day as the product order date. For example, an order placed on 1 September can be cancelled on the same day, and is not eligible for cancellation on 2 September. Please call us at 98761-57117 to make the cancellation as soon as possible.
