What payment methods can I use?
Currently, we support Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI as payment methods.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not support cash on delivery.
How does free shipping work?
It's quite simple! For orders above Rs. 500, you get free shipping. For orders below Rs. 500, there is a Rs. 70 surcharge.
What about additional fees/taxes?
Our product prices are all tax-inclusive, ensuring a simple and trustful shopping environment.
What logistics/shipping provider do you use?
Our primary shipping provider is FedEx. We use Priority Overnight Shipping, which gaurantees delivery within 2-5 business days. For more remote locations, we use DTDC as our courier.
I have a preference for either FedEx or DTDC for shipping. What should I do?
When you place the order, please indicate in the additional notes section whether you have preference for a specific courier. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I didn't get a confirmation email after placing my order. Why?
If not in your inbox, please check your spam folder for the order confirmation.
My funds have been deducted from my bank account, but my internet connection failed before I could get the confirmation message. What should I do?
Please send us an email at email@example.com, and we will get back to you regarding the issue asap. We'll either refund your money instantly, or mark your order as successful and ship it, whichever way you prefer. Refunds are made instantly in your bank account when initiated.
Additionally, we want to emphasize that we are in the process of upgrading to RazorPay payment gateway, which provides state-of-the-art payments infrastructure. This will ensure a better shopping experience for our customers, and the least amount of errors during the payment process.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we do not support international orders, and don't plan to according to our roadmap. Our focus will remain in maintaining strong growth in the Indian market for the next few years.
What is the return policy? How do free returns work?
We have a 7-day return period.
If the product that you received does not turn out to work the way it is supposed to, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the screenshot or problem associated with the product. If your request is approved, we'll sponsor the return from your address back to our location. Requests are usually approved on the same business day.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped on the same day they are received (except on weekends). After we ship out your order, you will receive automatic shipping updates regarding your order at your email address. Our long-term data indicates that most products are delivered within 4 working days.
I want to track my order. How do I proceed?
Our system automatically notifies the user about shipping updates. Once your order gets shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking link and the latest location of your shipped package.
How does Free Support work?
We will provide the support needed to get your product up and running. However, we do not provide programming instructions, development methods, etc.
I want to cancel my order. How do I proceed?
Order cancellations can be made within the same day as the product order date. For example, an order placed on 1 September can be cancelled on the same day, and is not eligible for cancellation beginning from 2 September. Please call us at 98761-57117 to make the cancellation as soon as possible.
